DEPOSITS
Securing Your Appointment
To confirm and secure an appointment, we require one of the following:
New Bookings (All New Appointments)
A 30% booking deposit is required for all new bookings.
This applies to bookings made online, by phone, via social media, or in salon.
Rebooking at the Till (In-Salon Rebook)
Clients who rebook at the till can secure their next appointment by either: - Paying a 30% booking deposit, or - Having a card saved securely on file (with your permission)
This helps us reduce no shows and protect our team’s time.
Important: If we do not have a deposit paid (where required) and/or a saved card on file (for till rebooks), your appointment may be marked as unconfirmed and could be released.
Booking Deposits (30%)
A 30% deposit secures your booking and is deducted from your final bill when you attend your appointment.
Deposits are taken by card.
Saved Card on File (Till Rebooks Only)
This option is available only for clients rebooking at the till.
With your permission, we can save your card details securely on your account.
No payment is taken upfront when saving a card.
If a late cancellation or no show fee applies, you agree that we may take the outstanding balance from the saved card.
Please note: Some payment methods (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay) may not allow card saving. In these cases, a deposit will be required to secure your booking.
How Fees Are Calculated
Cancellation and no show fees are based on the estimated appointment value at the time of booking(the services and time reserved).
Cancellations
We respectfully request 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
More than 48 hours before your appointment:
No cancellation fee.
If you paid a deposit, it will be refunded or transferred to your next booking.
24–48 hours before your appointment:
If a deposit was paid: your deposit will be forfeited.
If no deposit was paid: a 30% cancellation fee (equivalent to the deposit) will be added to your account or charged to your saved card.
Less than 24 hours before your appointment:
A fee of 50% of the estimated appointment value will be charged.
Any deposit already paid will also be retained.
'NO SHOW'
Definition
A “No Show” is when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and does not notify us in advance to cancel or reschedule.
No Show Fees
If you do not attend your appointment, a fee of 50% of the estimated appointment value will be charged. Any deposit already paid will also be retained.This fee will be added as an outstanding balance on your account or charged to your saved card (if we have one on file). Repeat Late Cancellations / No ShowsLate cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on our small business. After one no show, future bookings may require a 50% deposit.After two or more no shows, we may require full prepayment for future appointments.
Outstanding Balances
Outstanding balances must be cleared before any new appointments can be booked.
Refusal of Service
To protect our team and our business, we reserve the right to refuse service and/or decline future bookings at management’s discretion. This may apply in cases of repeated late cancellations/no shows, unpaid balances, or abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at management’s discretion for genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances.Why This Policy?No shows and late cancellations have a significant impact on our team and our ability to offer appointments fairly. This policy helps us protect our time, cover costs, and keep the salon running smoothly.
CANCELATIONS
We respectfully request that you provide 48 hours notice for cancelations. This is so we can fill your appointment with someone on our waiting list. Repeated occasions of last minute cancelations will result in a larger deposit for further appointments.
We completely understand that things happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will always be understanding and sympathetic in certain circumstances.
LATENESS
Please always arrive on time and prompt for all appointments. Lateness to appointments, even by 5 minutes can mean we are unable to carry out the full service. Our stylists will always attempt to fit in the service you booked for, and if they are unable to do so, will offer you an alternative.
HEALTH & SAFETY IN THE SALON
This policy has been put in place to keep yourself and others safe whilst in our company. During your visit to the salon we ask that you keep all objects (bags etc) safety stored with you at all times so they are not able to cause any accidents.
Coats can be stored on our coat stand, your stylist will take your coat on arrival.
We welcome children in our salon, however we do ask that they are under supervision and do not wander around the salon.
Staff areas are off limits to clients, we store chemicals in these areas and can be unsafe.
MISTREATMENT OF STAFF
Mistreating our staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone being verbally/physically abusive to our staff.
Our staff make notes of any mistreatment, from there our management team make informed decisions on if the client will be allowed back onto the premises in the future.
On the occasions of violent or threatening behaviour, the police will be called immediately.
OFFERS/PROMOTIONS
Our TREATCARD loyalty scheme, new client offers, student/nhs discounts and any other promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers/promotions or discounts.
All promotions have their own Ts&Cs.
Student Discount- 15% off services.
Student's must provide a valid student ID with a university. This discount can be redeemed any day of the week. Cannot be used against products upgrades or additional surcharges. Cannot be used along side any other discounts, promotions or TreatCard Rewards.
Emergency Services Discount- 15% off services (Every day of the week)
Available to NHS Staff, Emergency Services Workers & Carers for both hair and aesthetics.
Must provide valid work ID at the checkout before discount can be applied. Exclusions apply.
Exclusions-
Cannot be claimed against hair extension deposits, hair care retail items, upgrades or extra colour charges. Cannot be used along side any other discounts, promotions or TreatCard Rewards.
Cannot be used with Salon Director level. Doesn't apply to Vitamin B12, Hayfever Injections or WeightLoss Program.
Over 65s Discount- 20% off (Wednesdays with Senior Stylists)
Discount cannot be used against products, upgrades or additional surcharges. Only valid on Wednesdays with Senior Stylist.
Cannot be used against products upgrades or additional surcharges
Cannot be used along side any other discounts, promotions or TreatCard Rewards.
Some discount schemes cannot be used on Aesthetic Services.
GIFT CARDS
E-Gift Cards have an expiry of 12 months, Christmas Gift Cards have an expiry of 6 months.
Gift Cards cannot be used against Hair Extension Deposits, appointment deposits or Aesthetic Services.
