TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSITS

All clients booking for an appointment in store with a value of £40 or more must now pay a 20% deposit upon booking. This amount will be credited to your account and will be deducted from your final bill. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in loss of your deposit. Cancelations made less than 12 hours before an appointment will result in a cancelation fee of 50%.

All Aesthetic appointments require a deposit upon booking both online and in salon.

 

All clients booking for Hair Extensions or Hair Extension refits, will be asked to pay a 20% deposit upon booking. 

 

When making an appointment online, you must pay a deposit of 20% on all services. This deposit will be added to your account as a credit. If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be refunded to you. 

Some appointments will require a custom deposit amount. For example, hair extension consultations require a 100% deposit. Aesthetic appointments may require a larger deposit to cover the cost of prescriptions. 

Aesthetic deposits are non-refundable from the point of booking. 

 

Deposits must be paid by card. All members of our team will be able to take your card payments over the phone for telephone and Facebook bookings. 

'NO SHOW' 

A 'NO SHOW' is someone who has not arrived at their appointment without canceling. 

No shows have a huge financial impact on businesses, if you are unable to make your appointment, please get in touch to rearrange or cancel. Those who no show for their appointment will now need to pay a cancelation fee of 50% of your estimated appointment value. 

Further bookings from then on will require a 50% deposit, which will be deducted from the bill. You will not be able to book another appointment until the amount on your account has been cleared. 

If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the estimated final bill will be added as an outstanding balance to your account. By making this booking you agree for The Honey Comb by Kyle Palmer Ltd to take this balance from a saved card.

Further appointments cannot be booked until this outstanding balance is cleared. 

CANCELATIONS

We respectfully request that you provide 48 hours notice for cancelations. This is so we can fill your appointment with someone on our waiting list. Repeated occasions of last minute cancelations will result in a larger deposit for further appointments. 

We completely understand that things happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will always be understanding and sympathetic in certain circumstances. 

Please always arrive on time and prompt for all appointments. Lateness to appointments, even by 5 minutes can mean we are unable to carry out the full service. Our stylists will always attempt to fit in the service you booked for, and if they are unable to do so, will offer you an alternative. 

LATENESS

HEALTH & SAFETY IN THE SALON

This policy has been put in place to keep yourself and others safe whilst in our company. During your visit to the salon we ask that you keep all objects (bags etc) safety stored with you at all times so they are not able to cause any accidents. 

Coats can be stored on our coat stand, your stylist will take your coat on arrival. 

We welcome children in our salon, however we do ask that they are under supervision and do not wander around the salon. 

Staff areas are off limits to clients, we store chemicals in these areas and can be unsafe. 

MISTREATMENT OF STAFF

Mistreating our staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone being verbally/physically abusive to our staff. 

Our staff make notes of any mistreatment, from there our management team make informed decisions on if the client will be allowed back onto the premises in the future. 

On the occasions of violent or threatening behaviour, the police will be called immediately.

OFFERS/PROMOTIONS

Our TREATCARD loyalty scheme, new client offers, student/nhs discounts and any other promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers/promotions or discounts.

All promotions have their own Ts&Cs. 

Student Discount- 15% off services. 

Student's must provide a valid student ID with a university. This discount can be redeemed any day of the week. Cannot be used against products upgrades or additional surcharges. 

NHS Discount- 15% off services (Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays)

Must provide a valid NHS Id card on checkout, Blue Light Card is not valid. Cannot be redeemed outside of their designated days. Cannot be used against upgrades, products or additional surcharges. 

Over 65s Discount- 20% off (Wednesdays with Senior Stylist)

Discount cannot be used against products, upgrades or additional surcharges. Only valid on Wednesdays with Senior Stylist.

Discount schemes cannot be used on Aesthetic Services.

GIFT CARDS

E-Gift Cards have an expiry of 12 months, Christmas Gift Cards have an expiry of 6 months. 

Gift Cards cannot be used against Hair Extension Deposits, appointment deposits or Aesthetic Services.

Some Gift Vouchers have their own Ts&Cs, please read the print on the voucher.
