If we are fully booked and can't fit you in, we now offer a cancelation list. Please ask our Reception team to add you to the cancelation list for that day.

Booking an online appointment is very straight forward. We've tried to make the descriptions as simple as possible.

When booking for a couple, please remember to book a finish for example, a Shampoo & Finish or Cut & Finish.

Our team check all online bookings, so don't worry if things aren't perfect, we may contact you to make changes to your appointment if things don't look quite right.

You can book your appointments using the messaging function on our Social Media handles, you'll be sent a secure payment link if you need to pay a deposit.

All clients booking in store with a value of £40 or more must now pay a 20% deposit upon booking. This amount will be credited to your account and be deducted from your final bill. Cancelations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in loss of your deposit. Cancelations made less than 12 hours before an appointment will result in a cancelation fee of 50% deducted from your saved card.

When making an online booking, a deposit is required for all bookings.

We aim to be as inclusive as possible and attentive to our guests needs. That is why we have introduced SILENT APPOINTMENTS. For many people, the conversations in the stylist's chair comes with massive anxiety. Whether it's Autism, Anxiety, social burnout or simply that you want some peace & quiet. Our silent appointments offer a safe space for every person. In our over stimulated world, alone time is scarce, and we believe that quiet time is key to better mental health for everyone! "How do I book a silent appointment?" I hear you ask. Simply add it as a note on your Online Booking or ask us when booking over the phone or socials.

We're unfortunately not blessed with a carpark, but we do have on street parking surrounding the salon.

You can also find short stay parking at the ASDA just behind the salon.

Drinks Menu

Drinks Menu's are available on all of our stations, offering an array of drinks from Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte to Orange Cordial.

If you want it, we probably have it!

Snacks

Many of our transformations take 3/4 hours, it helps to have a little energy boost while you're with us. Our team are regularly running around with our Snack Box. We've got all sorts in there!
