We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and sociable individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administration Apprentice. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to kick-start their career in administration while gaining valuable on-the-job experience and studying towards a Level 3 Administration Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Manage incoming calls and book appointments.

• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients

• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies

• Cash handling 

• Learn and develop administrative skills through on-the-job training and apprenticeship program

• Contribute to maintaining a tidy and organised reception area and salon.
